Yay for LA Trips and fun wall crawls! This past week has been so fun filled with exploration and self love! I am so excited for life and whats to come and the many more places I hope to go. I’ve walked by so many sweet shops and career goals and for once actually enjoyed the city life! This week has definitely been a game changer for me 😉
Here are some of my favorite photos and outfits!
I went to the Springs (LA Art District) which has the tastiest healthiest smoothies (or so I hope haha!) with a parking lot filled with murals! This pink and yellow theme has been such a popular color scheme this break but I love it! Such a strawberry lemonade feel 🙂 All outfits were paired with the simple jeans and Keds! (always so versatile)
Here is a simple gray tee (JCrew) with my fuchsia Kate Spade purse (Nordstrom Rack) and a neon yellow cardigan (CrewCuts)! I love love love this cardigan and the neon-ness of it, but also because it has HEART elbow patches!! Agh! The best!
Instead of the cardigan, this outfit has the cuuutest windbreaker jacket from Target’s Cat & Jack! It is lined yellow on the inside and has rainbows all over! Literally perfect! Its still in stores, so check it out!!
Here I have a neon pink Tippie Sweater from Jcrew! Its fun for something that hugs your body a bit more for some classy curves! I paired this with of course, my Studio DIY emoji clutch! Ahh!
(a peek of the elbow patches!)
For my second trip, I went to Silverlake (Sunset blvd!) which has sooo many fun little stores including The Social Type and ClareV and more! There is also a sweet little Japanese restaurant that has a happy hour with $5 sushi rolls! Such a steal!
This first wall is from a market called Yummy.com! where the whole building had such fun green lemons! Here is a peak of a part of it plus my favorite heart sunglasses!
This wall was next to the lovely one below! I absolutely love this cobalt blue color and I love the way it goes with the pink shorts!
I’ve always loved Dallas Clayton’s artwork and have recently been re-introduced to it by a friend! I was so excited to be able to find this mural and gladly raising my arms up!
For this outfit, I decided to just keep it simple and focus on the pink shorts! I brightened up the look with my blue heart sunglasses and cloud water bottle. Both can be switched out for a yellow or cobalt blue purse for a pop of color!
These rainbow heart stairs are forever my favorite! I decided to go a bit bolder with this outfit and I’m honestly so excited about it! A bright yellow pleated skirt from Asos with a pop of color from my Kate Spade purse!
I hope you enjoyed these fun photo op areas and outfits! Let me know your thoughts 😉
